Common questions.
Which file types can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG and DOCX, up to 25MB per file. For books and notes, a single PDF gives the cleanest result — we read the page count from it automatically.
How does payment work?
Pay by UPI to the ID shown at checkout, then submit your UTR number and a screenshot. We verify it and start production — usually within working hours the same day.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 1–5 days depending on the service, plus courier time: about 2 days within West Bengal, 4 for East India, and up to 6 elsewhere.
Can I order just one or two pages?
You can, but courier charges make small orders poor value. For a handful of pages it's cheaper to visit the centre in Goghat, or combine it into a larger order.
What if the print comes out wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and a photo. If the error is ours, we reprint and reship at no cost.
